I have never been the entrepreneurial type, but I've had an idea for a business floating around in my head for years and every time it snows, this thought reappears.  Yes, sometimes I am thought-full.  How about a lunch truck that caters to soup lovers on cold and snowy (or rainy) days.  In other words, on days like today.  The Soupmobile (working title) would pull up outside construction sites, office buildings, and factories and ladle up steaming bowls of homemade soup and chili.  Instead of pizza or subs, you could call the Soupmobile for delivery (mininum order of course).  But the Soupmobile only works on cool days, so business is subject to the weather.  Sorry, there will be no gazpacho in August but that is only because I think cold soup is just wrong.

Now if I can just find a way to secure those soup vats in the back of my van.  I'd really hate to have to squeegee up a bowl after hitting a few potholes.
