I had a rather uneventful 4th of July which was just fine for me.  I was house-sitting for a friend and while enjoying the benefits of central air conditioning, I decided to watch a couple of movies including "Bridesmaids" for the fourth time!  By the way, "Bridesmaids" will be the feature next Tuesday (7/10) for Film on the Rocks.   The other movie I saw yesterday was "Lake City" with Sissy Spacek, Troy Garity (Jane Fonda's son) and Dave Matthews.  Dave had a minor role as a drug dealer who kicks a little butt as he tries to get back his money and "merchandise."  I thought Dave was pretty good as a bad ass!
