The Denver Modernism Show is where you'll want to be this weekend. Acres of modern furniture, vintage clothes from the 1950s, live bands (The Crusin' Cats, The Sonic Archers and The Modniks), the artist Shag (Josh Agle) and a Tiki Loungs serving those adorable, high-octane umbrella drinks.

On Saturday, from 2-4PM, go to the Daughters of Design Lecture. Susan Saarinen (daughter of modernist architect Eero Saarinen), Celia Bertioa (daughter of designer and sculptor Harry Bertoia) and Carla Eames Hartman (granddaughter of Ray and Charles Eames) will compare their childhoods and the chairs designed by their illustrious ancestors.
